The debate over the roles of native apps versus the mobile-optimized web is never ending. But it is shifting as technological changes blur the lines between apps and the mobile web—HTML5 makes websites more app-like, and many app enablers take web content and deliver it via an app container.

This IAB mobile round table will feature industry experts who will discuss questions of strategy and priority: should you prioritize building a mobile landing page or a mobile app? What functionalities are best delivered in an app versus via the web? What business models are best suited to a mobile app, a mobile website, or some hybrid of the two?
