the 3.0 of the IAB standard terms and conditions makes a whole lot of sense from a media marketing standpoint. The user volunteered data section is the best change in my opinion. Also the site data section is hugely important. Most businesses don't take the right approach to data segmentation and data analysis. This is an important focus.
