The IAB will announce the launch of the Long Tail Alliance, unveil a short film entitled “I Am the Long Tail,” and release the results of first-ever comprehensive analysis of the economic and social impact of the ad-supported Internet. Produced by Harvard Business School Professors John Deighton and John Quelch, the IAB-commissioned study is an impartial and comprehensive examination of the overall impact of the Internet on the U.S. economy as well as its underlying components.
