Jerry Yang, a Taiwanese native raised in San Jose, Calif., co-created the Yahoo! Internet navigational guide in April 1994 with David Filo and co-founded Yahoo! Inc. in April 1995. He was appointed chief executive officer of the company in June 2007. Mr. Yang, a leading force in the Internet media industry, has been instrumental in building Yahoo! into the world's most highly trafficked Web site and one of the world's most recognized brands. Since the company's founding, Mr. Yang has been a key member of the executive management team. His focus at Yahoo! over the years has included corporate strategy, Yahoo!'s technology vision, strategic business partnerships and international joint ventures, and recruiting key talent. In addition to serving on the Yahoo! Board of Directors, Mr. Yang currently serves on the board of directors of Cisco Systems, Yahoo! Japan, and Alibaba, and is also on the Stanford University Board of Trustees. Mr. Yang holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford University and is currently on a leave of absence from Stanford's electrical engineering Ph.D. program.

As the president of Yahoo! Inc., Susan L. Decker is a key participant in determining Yahoo!'s business strategy and vision. She is responsible for all of the global business operations of Yahoo!, including sales, product marketing, product, and distribution across the three major customer groups of audience, advertisers and publishers. Prior to that, from December 2006 - June 2007, she served as the head of one Yahoo!'s two major business units, the Advertiser and Publisher Group (APG), where she was instrumental in developing the company's recent reorganization plan and strategy to transform how advertisers connect with their target customers on the Internet. Prior to her APG role, Decker was executive vice president and chief financial officer from June 2000 – June 2007, managing all aspects of the company's financial and administrative direction within key functional areas, including finance, facilities, investor relations (and human resources and legal through December 2006).

Prior to joining Yahoo! in June 2000, Decker was with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) for 14 years. Most recently, she served as the global director of equity research, a $300 million operation, where, among other things, she was responsible for building and staffing a non-U.S. research product based on global sector teams. Before serving as DLJ's global and domestic head of research, she spent 12 years as an equity research analyst, providing coverage to institutional investors on more than 30 media, publishing, and advertising stocks. In this capacity, she received recognition by Institutional Investor magazine as a top rated analyst for ten consecutive years.

Decker holds a bachelor of science degree from Tufts University, with a double major in computer science and economics, and a master of business administration degree from Harvard Business School. She also received the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1989 and served on the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC) for a four-year term, from January 2000 to January 2004. Decker served on the board of directors of Pixar Animation Studios from June 2004 to May 2006, until its sale to Disney and The Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research (SIEPR) from March 2005 to May 2007. Decker currently serves on the board of directors for Berkshire Hathaway, Intel Corporation and Costco Wholesale.

Wenda Harris Millard joined Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSLO) as President, Media in July 2007, after three years of service as a member of the Board of Directors. She oversees MSLO’s media businesses, which include Publishing, Internet and Broadcasting. Ms. Millard is charged with expanding the company’s presence in the digital space and creating cross-platform opportunities for advertisers to leverage the brand’s passionate consumer connection.

Millard began her media career at age nine as the Publisher, Circulation Director, Editor and sole Staff Writer of the Archer Lane Scoop. The self-proclaimed “media junkie” hasn’t looked back since embarking on a road that led her to the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement, the highest honor given to advertising professionals 40 and under.

A seasoned executive with over twenty-five years of publishing and advertising experience, Millard was formerly Chief Sales Officer at Yahoo! where she was responsible for driving North American sales. Prior to that, she served as Chief Internet Officer at Ziff Davis Media and President of Ziff Davis Internet. Previously, she was Executive Vice President of DoubleClick, where she was responsible for establishing the DoubleClick brand and oversaw the operations of DoubleClick Media. Millard has also served as President and Group Publisher of SRDS, Senior Vice President and Publisher of Family Circle and Executive Vice President/Group Publisher of Adweek, Mediaweek and Brandweek magazines.

Active on behalf of the advertising industry throughout her career, Millard currently serves as Chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Ad Council. She has received numerous industry awards including the 2007 John A. Reisenbach Award for Distinguished Citizenship, the 2006 “Advertising Person of the Year” Silver Medal Award from the AAF, the 2005 Matrix Award for “Women Who Change the World” and a “Digital Media Master” from Advertising Age, acknowledging her as one of the 20 most influential executives in interactive media. Millard was the subject of a Spring 2000 profile by Tom Brokaw as part of NBC’s “Women to Watch” series.

She sits on the Boards of the James Beard Foundation and Do Something. She served two terms as a Trustee of Trinity College in Hartford.

Millard holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Trinity College.

Formerly at the Graduate School of Journalism at the University of California, Berkeley, Battelle is a founder and Executive Producer of the Web 2.0 conference and "band manager" with BoingBoing.net.

Previously, Battelle was founder, Chairman, and CEO of Standard Media International (SMI), publisher of The Industry Standard and TheStandard.com. Prior to that, he was a co-founding editor of Wired magazine and Wired Ventures.

John is currently the founder and Chairman of Federated Media.

Battelle recently wrote The Search: How Google and Its Rivals Rewrote the Rules of Business and Transformed Our Culture (Penguin/Portfolio), an international bestseller published in 24 languages. He maintains Searchblog, a daily site covering the intersection of media, technology and the internet at www.battellemedia.com.

Battelle was a founding Board member of the Online Publishers Association and sits on the board of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, as well as the Board of his children's school.

Battelle was named a "Global Leader for Tomorrow" by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He was a finalist in the "Entrepreneur of the Year" competition by Ernst & Young and has recently been named an "Innovator," one of ten best marketers in the business, by Advertising Age and one of the "Most Important People on The Web" by PCWorld. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AOL LLC, Randy Falco is responsible for setting strategy and overseeing the businesses and operations of this global Web services company, which operates some of the Internet's most popular destinations, offers a comprehensive suite of free software and services, runs one of the country's largest Internet access businesses, and provides a full set of advertising solutions.

Falco joined AOL in November 2006 from the NBC Universal Television Group where he was President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the group's commercial and operational functions including affiliate relations, cable distribution, business development, information technology, network and studio operations, worldwide television distribution, and Telemundo. During his more than 30 years with NBC, Falco served in a variety of leadership roles.

Falco is a graduate of Iona College, New Rochelle, NY, where he received his bachelor's of business administration in finance in 1975 and his master's of business administration, also in finance, in 1979. He received an honorary doctorate from Iona College in 2001.

Matt's focus on outstanding work that drives outstanding results has helped fuel the organization's growth and expanded relations with multinational clients including PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson and McDonald's. Matt's work has won every major industry award for creativity and effectiveness including Gold Lions at Cannes, Art Directors Club, New York Festivals, International ANDYs, Effies, and "Best of Show" at the One Show Interactive. He has served as a judge for the Cannes International Advertising Festival and the Art Directors Club and has also served as Interactive Chairman of the One Show, the International Andy Awards and the Clio Awards.

Matt has also been recognized by publications including Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNN, CNBC, CBS MarketWatch, Forrester Research, AdAge, Adweek and Creativity. Matt is the founder and chairman of the IAB's Agency Board and is an active member of the AAAA's Interactive Committee. He was also recently inducted into the AAF's Hall of Achievement.

Prior to his life in advertising, Matt worked for MTV, wrote for several magazines and was a prep school English teacher. He has a B.A. in English and art history from Dartmouth College and attended the School of Visual Arts.

Matt lives in New Jersey with his wife Robin and sons Sawyer, Colby and Wes.

Don R. Friedman is the executive vice president and chief marketing officer at CA. Don joined CA in 2005.

Don brings a unique set of business and marketing experience and capabilities to CA, having been in senior executive roles in development, sales, marketing and general management at both large and small companies.

Prior to joining CA, Don was the managing director at Sound Beach Partners, where he provided management and marketing consulting to a variety of technology companies on re-branding, marketing and channel development. He also was CEO of International Flex Technologies, a high-tech electronics packaging business and Sheldahl, a manufacturer of high-end electronics and specialty materials, and was acting CEO of Protegrity, a database security software company.

Don spent three decades at IBM and served in various senior management roles, including vice president of marketing and strategy for the company's Server Group, and as general manager of three international business units, including IBM's personal computer company, General Business and the AS/400.

Don earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and is a member of the school's Advisory Board. He also attended Executive Programs at Northwestern and the University of Virginia.

Bill Gossman is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of hands-on experience building and leading both large and small high-tech and fast-growth organizations. As President and CEO of Revenue Science, Bill drives the overall vision and operations for the company, with a focus on strategic growth and customer success. Bill is a pioneer in enabling media delivery to cell phones and is an active spokesperson for online media through appearances at leading forums such as Ad:Tech and MediaPost Forecast 2005 & 2006, as well as writing for various publications including iMedia Connection.

Prior to joining Revenue Science, Gossman was a partner at Mohr, Davidow Ventures (MDV), where he applied his extensive corporate and startup experience to help grow and develop MDV's portfolio companies. Before his tenure at MDV, Bill was Senior Director of Global Alliances at Openwave, a provider of Internet-based communication infrastructure software and applications. In 1997 he co-founded @mobile, a wireless Internet software and service company, where he served as COO and CFO, and later engineered the company's $400 million merger with Software.com.

Bill has held management, technology, and marketing positions at Lucent, Hughes, and Northrop, and has served as a consultant to AT&T Wireless Services. He also holds 11 patents and has a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University, a master's degree from MIT, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Peter C. Horan is CEO of IAC Media & Advertising. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic growth of the IAC's Media & Advertising sector, which is comprised of the IAC Search & Media businesses — Ask.com, IAC Advertising Solutions and IAC Consumer Applications & Portals — as well as the Citysearch and Evite brands.

Mr. Horan previously served as CEO of AllBusiness.com, Inc. In this capacity, he was responsible for driving a fast-growing web media and e-commerce content business. Under his leadership, AllBusiness.com led the development of a completely new publishing platform for small businesses, while continuing to achieve accelerated site performance.

Prior to that, Mr. Horan was CEO of About.com where he pioneered the company's turnaround, turning it into the fastest growing large site on the web. He also led the sale of the property to the New York Times Company for $410 million in 2005. Prior to About.com, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of DevX.com, Inc., an Internet media company that was later acquired by JupiterMedia Corporation. Mr. Horan spent 10 years at International Data Group, a leading global technology media company, where he spearheaded relationships with top advertisers on a worldwide basis, and also served as Senior Vice President and Publisher of Computerworld. Prior to that Mr. Horan spent more than 15 years in senior account management roles at leading advertising agencies, including BBDO and Ogilvy & Mather.

Kim is Chief Media Officer at Johnson & Johnson Global Marketing Group. As the chief media officer, she has responsibility for all aspects of media planning and buying, with the goal of making this important area a source of competitive advantage for our brands. In this capacity Kim is accountable for the return on our significant media investments. Importantly, Kim and her group have the responsibility to identify and apply innovative and emerging media platforms for use in integrated marketing programs. She also manages the relationships with our media agencies of record.

Kim has extensive and varied industry experience having worked in media roles of increasing responsibility at Backer Spielvogel, Zenith Media and as Senior Vice President at Universal McCann managing the demanding and creative Coca-Cola account. Kim developed and implemented several of Coke's very successful initiatives around their Olympic sponsorship and product integration on American Idol. Kim has also worked on such businesses as Verizon/Verizon Wireless, Motorola and VH-1. Most recently, Kim was Vice President, Branded Entertainment at NBC Universal where she led multi-dimensional marketing programs that integrated NBC Universal's assets (television, movies, emerging/on-line technologies) for the benefit of advertisers.

Patrick Keane was named Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at CBS Interactive, in February 2007. Keane's responsibilities span across a number of core CBS business units with his primary focus being to help CBS monetize new inventory generated by next-generation platforms. Keane oversees the implementation of systems to market and sell CBS content on a growing variety of emerging media platforms and expand the Company's roster of advertisers. In addition to working on sales strategy, he manages CBS Interactive's efforts in online research, reporting and analytics as well as competitive research, sales training and search engine optimization.

In his role, Keane works closely with Jo Ann Ross, President, CBS Network Sales, as well as George Schweitzer, President, CBS Marketing Group and David F. Poltrack, Chief Research Officer for CBS and President, CBS VISION.

Prior to joining CBS, Keane spent more than four years at Google. He served as Head of Advertising Sales Strategy at Google, overseeing the group responsible for developing and managing the strategic plans and relationships critical to growing Google's advertising customer base. Keane also built and lead Google's North American Field Marketing team, an organization comprising industry marketing, sales analytics, sales marketing, and corporate events.

Prior to Google, Keane was Vice President and Senior Analyst at Jupiter Research where he contributed to all facets of their Marketing and Media research, as well as the company's conference division and business development. As head of Jupiter's Online Advertising service, Keane led research on the buying and selling of interactive media. He and several analysts delivered insight into and advice on strategies that helped online advertisers maximize return on investment, publishers generate ad revenues, and technology vendors and service providers position themselves to prospective clients.

Keane is also a member of the IAB Board of Directors and named to the 2007 AdAge 40 under 40 Global Marketing List.

Jason Kilar serves as the CEO of Hulu, LLC, an online video joint venture of News Corp and NBC Universal. Jason joined Hulu after nearly a decade of experience at Amazon.com where he served in a variety of key leadership roles. After writing the original business plan for Amazon's entry into the video and DVD businesses, he ultimately became Vice President and General Manager of Amazon's North American media businesses, which included the company's books, music, video, and DVD categories. He later served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Application Software, where he led an organization of hundreds of world-class technologists and reported directly to CEO Jeff Bezos.

Jason began his career with The Walt Disney Company, where he worked for Disney Design & Development. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, where he studied Business Administration and Journalism & Mass Communication.

In my role as a Group Media Director, I am responsible for managing clients' digital media strategy and implementation, along with helping them navigate the ever-changing new media landscape.

In my role of Gaming Innovation, I am the resident video game expert, acting as a liaison between the gaming community and our clients. We offer access to publishers for integration into video games and custom game development, promotional tie-ins, as well as casual gaming, virtual worlds, professional gaming leagues or video game content websites & tournaments.

Since joining MEC Interaction in 2000, I have been the digital lead on the AT&T, Cadbury Schweppes and Xerox businesses, during which time was a finalist for the 2006 OMMA Awards for Stride in the Best Use of Gaming category, won Global Ideas for North America and for Xerox in 2007, won the Best Business and Best in Show Creative Media Award from Media Magazine. Most recently, MEC Interaction won the OMMA Agency of the Year for 2007.

I began my career in 1994, as an intern at Y&R. Prior to 2000, I worked in the Media Planning department on such clients as Lufthansa, Kraft Foods and US Postal Service. From 2000 to the present, I've been a part of MEC Interaction. Most recently, in 2006, I took on the role of Gaming Innovation to specialize in the video game space.

I am a member of the 4A's committee and have held the MEC Interaction seat since the beginning of 2007. I am a regular contributor to MediaPost's Video Insider newsletter and have spoken at @dTech, Revenue Science and Massive Inc Publisher Summits, and the Web 2.0 Ecosystem.

Prior to joining Jumpstart, Joe was a partner and manager of all national digital media initiatives for Ford Motor Media, the media buying arm for Ford Motor Company. Joe directed the online advertising spending of all of Ford's brands, including Ford Division, Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover and Mazda. Prior to Ford Motor Media, Joe was an account director at Beyond Interactive, heading up accounts including Nortel Networks, LensCrafters, GiftCertificates.com and Rodale Publishing.

Brian McAndrews leads the Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group at Microsoft Corp., reporting to Kevin Johnson, president of the Platforms & Services Division. The APS team is responsible for building and marketing all ad platforms, including Atlas, DRIVEpm, MSNDR, Microsoft® AdCenter and PubCenter, along with emerging media including Atlas On Demand, Massive Inc. and ScreenTonic.

McAndrews ran aQuantive Inc., one the fastest-growing global digital marketing companies in the world, before its acquisition by Microsoft in August 2007. He served as aQuantive's chief executive officer and president since January 2000. The company included three distinct business units: Avenue A | Razorfish, one of the world’s largest interactive advertising firms (with agencies in Australia, China, France, Germany, Japan and the U.K.); Atlas and DRIVEpm.

aQuantive reached many milestones under McAndrews' direction, including its initial public offering in 2000, the launch of the Atlas advertising technology division in 2001 and the launch of DRIVEpm in 2004. McAndrews also guided the company in 13 acquisitions, including Razorfish in 2004 and numerous international acquisitions, giving the company a global presence in six countries.

From July 1990 to September 1999 McAndrews worked for ABC Inc., a broadcasting and communications company, holding executive positions at ABC Sports, ABC Entertainment and ABC Television Network and eventually becoming executive vice president and general manager for ABC Sports. From 1984 to 1989 he served as a product manager for General Mills Inc., a leading consumer products manufacturer.

McAndrews serves on the board of directors for Fisher Communications Inc., a media company based in Seattle; for WhitePages.com Inc.; and for the Seattle-Northwest Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He earned a bachelor of arts (A.B.) in economics from Harvard University, and graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Randall Rothenberg is the president and CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau, the trade association for interactive marketing in the United States. The IAB represents over 300 leading interactive companies; members are responsible for selling over 86% of online advertising in the U.S. On behalf of its members, the IAB evaluates and recommends standards and practices, conducts effectiveness research and educates marketers, media, and advertising companies about interactive marketing.

Before assuming leadership of the IAB in 2007, Mr. Rothenberg was the Senior Director of Intellectual Capital of Booz Allen Hamilton, the international strategy and technology consulting firm, where he oversaw business development, knowledge management, and thought leadership activities, and directed the award-winning quarterly business magazine strategy+business, Strategy+Business Books, www.strategy-business.com, and other electronic and print publications published by Booz Allen for senior business executives. Previously, he served as the firm's chief marketing officer.

Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Rothenberg spent six years at The New York Times, where he was the technology editor and politics editor of the Sunday magazine, the daily advertising columnist, and a media and marketing reporter. Mr. Rothenberg is the author of Where the Suckers Moon: An Advertising Story (Alfred A. Knopf, 1994), a critically-acclaimed chronicle of the birth, evolution, and death of a single advertising campaign.

Michael Rubenstein serves as Vice President & General Manager of the DoubleClick Advertising Exchange service, an innovative marketplace that connects the world's leading buyers and sellers of online advertising. Michael reports to David Rosenblatt, CEO of DoubleClick, and is responsible for overseeing all ongoing operations of the business unit.

Prior to this role, Michael served as Vice President of Global Accounts for DoubleClick, most notably spearheading DoubleClick's landmark partnership with AOL. Michael joined DoubleClick in 2001 as part of the company's acquisition of FloNetwork, an email marketing ASP.

Michael holds a B.A. from McGill University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

As Chairman of BabyCenter, LLC Tina is responsible for the oversight of all BabyCenter operations, including Babycenter.com, the leading online content, community and commerce destination for new and expectant parents, and popular BabyCenter sites around the globe, including Australia, Austria, Canada, China, Germany, India, Latin America, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In 2007 under Tina's leadership, BabyCenter acquired Maya's Mom, a leading social networking site for parents. Through the acquisition of Maya's Mom, BabyCenter will launch an expanded social platform for users in 2008. In 2007 BabyCenter also developed an affiliate network partnership with leading company Federated Media, and together the BabyCenter Parenting Federation was established to allow consumer and marketer access to leading parenting voices on the Web.

Prior to joining BabyCenter, Tina was a senior executive at America Online, Inc., and led all of AOL's social networking initiatives, overseeing the Instant Messaging and Social Media groups. Previously she oversaw AOL's move out onto the open web with the build and launch of AOL.com and led Network Programming across AOL's Network of 116 million monthly unique visitors. Also at AOL, Tina created the Original Coaches Series and the annual AOL Chief Everything Officer awards — an honor that celebrates today's heroes of the modern family household.

Prior to joining AOL, she served as Group President of Sesame Workshop's Online Services, creating their award-winning Internet business, and in 1995, coined the phrase "Social Media" as co-founder and Chief Community Architect of iVillage.com. Prior to iVillage, Tina collaborated with Barry Diller on a new home shopping channel, Q2, a division of QVC, helped launch the Adobe Acrobat and New York 1 brands, and has managed corporate brand strategies for Time Warner, QVC and Sony.

A Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute, Tina currently serves on the boards of the Interactive Advertising Bureau and the Online Publishers Association. Tina is also a founding board member of Baby Buggy. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two young sons.

Under his leadership, Forbes.com revenue and traffic have experienced triple-digit growth year over year for the past three years. In May 2005, he oversaw the launch of ForbesAutos.com, the only online site dedicated to the luxury automotive buyer.

In 2006, BtoB Media Business named Spanfeller "Top Innovator in Business Publishing", as part of their Top Innovators in Business Publishing awards and he was inducted into min's first-ever Digital Hall of Fame. Also in 2006, Forbes.com rose from #7 to #4 in BtoB magazine's annual "Media Power 50" list.

In 2005, BtoB Media Business named Spanfeller "Top Interactive Executive for General Business Publishers", as part of their Top Innovators in Business Publishing awards and BtoB, named him one of their "Top 25 Newsmakers". In October 2003, MIN Magazine called him one of the industry's standout media executives in its annual "21 Most Intriguing People" issue.

Prior to joining Forbes.com, Spanfeller was President of the Consumer Magazine Group of Ziff Davis Media, Inc. Previously, he was Publisher of Inc. magazine and also held senior positions at Playboy Enterprises Publishing Group and Newsweek.

Spanfeller is currently Chairman of the Board for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), having served as Vice-Chairman in 2005 and is actively involved in the Online Publishers Association (OPA). In 2006 he was named to the Board of Freedom Communications, Inc. He served on the Board of Directors of the Magazine Publishers Association, 1999-2000. Spanfeller received a B.A. in English Literature from Union College.

Christopher Vollmer is a Partner in Booz Allen Hamilton's Global Consumer and Media Practice, based in New York, and he leads the firm's U.S. Media and Entertainment team. Since joining Booz Allen in 1995, Christopher has worked with the senior management of many of the leading global media, entertainment and consumer goods companies. He has helped develop innovative growth strategies, strengthen operating performance, and redesign organization structures. His clients span a wide range of businesses including television, music, film, magazines, video games, sports, broadband/digital, wireless and consumer goods. Lauren Wiener is Senior Vice President of Meredith Interactive Media where she leads the company's digital and emerging media business. In her role, she leads the Home and Family Network, which serves more that 10 million women at every life stage and passion point. Wiener is responsible for all sales and marketing, business development, product development and brand communication for nine premium web sites, including Meredith's flagship brands — Better Homes and Gardens (BHG.com), Ladies Home Journal (LHJ.com) and Parents (Parents.com).

Wiener came to Meredith from Primedia, where she served first as Vice President and General Manager of the American Baby Internet Group, and later as Vice President and General Manager of the Seventeen Internet Group. Prior to that, she spent two years as Senior Director of Business Development for Starmedia Network, Inc., where she helped a start-up grow into the largest Spanish and Portuguese new media company. Wiener has also served as Director of Business Development for MTV Networks and a media consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.

Wiener earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master's of Business Administration from Harvard's Graduate School of Business Administration. She resides in Manhattan with her husband and two daughters.

Before that, Bill Wise was CEO of Did-it, the largest independent search marketing firm, from 2005 to 2007. Under his guidance as chief executive, the company had a 3 year growth rate of 1,368.5%, which ranked them #137 in the Inc 500 of fastest growing private companies.

As SVP, Products & Strategy at Ask.com, Bill Wise was responsible for the integration and strategy of the consolidated product suite within the Ask portfolio: MaxOnline, The Excite Network, and Ask.com Search. Prior to that, Bill Wise had been CEO for MaxOnline, which Ask.com acquired through its parent company, Interactive Search Holdings, in 2004.

Bill spent five years at DoubleClick in numerous roles - from director of Financial Planning & Investor Relations, responsible for guiding Wall Street and the company's shareholders, to VP/GM of Sonar, a direct marketing media business, to VP of DoubleClick Media. He is also a certified public accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York.

Bill Wise sat on the Board of Directors of contextual-based marketing firm ContextWeb (from 2004-2007), and on the college social networking sites College Postings & MyBlotto.com (from 2007). Matt Wise was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Q Interactive in July 2006. A pioneer and expert in the field of online marketing, Wise has used his entrepreneurial talents in both start-ups and established businesses. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Account Services for Draft, the largest direct marketing and promotions agency in the United States.

Wise has also held senior management positions with LuckySurf, an entertainment and direct marketing company, Delphion, a spinout of IBM focused on global patent software, and Classified Ventures, an e-commerce company that runs Apartments.com, Cars.com, Homescape and co-branded solutions for 140 newspapers.
