IAB Certificate in Interactive Advertising

Since its foundation in 1996, the IAB has been the standards-setting organization for the interactive advertising ecosystem. Now we are announcing a new digital advertising certificate that is the first step in positioning us as the standards-setter for online marketing education. Those professionals who complete this certificate will have demonstrated understanding and familiarity with the fundamentals of online marketing by completing a week’s worth of training with the IAB and our approved training partners.

Requirements for the IAB Interactive Advertising Certificate:

  • 40 Hours of training
  • 16 or more of these units must be from classes offered by the IAB, as opposed to training partners.
  • No more than 4 1-hour IAB webinars will qualify
  • Up to 2 full-day IAB events can be applied to the 40 hour requirement, but each event only counts 4 hours per day

Pricing:

  • The base cost of the certificate itself is $75
  • Additional payment of $25 per day of training with our training partners and $10 per IAB webinar is required for processing costs, to a maximum of $75 additional or $150 total
  • Professionals employed by IAB member companies receive a 33% discount (ranging from $50 to $100)
  • Fees to cover the required 40 hours of training are not included in the cost of the certificate
